Storage Fees

At Graham Hill Smash Repairs, we understand that dealing with vehicle repairs can be challenging, especially when coordinating with insurers. As a workshop, space is limited for vehicles that aren’t being repaired, and we want to ensure the best experience for our customers. If your vehicle remains on-site while you liaise with your insurer or the Insurer takes an extended period of time to authorise repairs and/or make a decision on your claim, storage fees may apply and will be charged back to the insurer. This fee can be applied from the date the vehicle was delivered to our workshop. There’s clear signage about the fee in our workshop. We strive to keep our fees reasonable, and we’re here to assist you throughout the process. Thank you for your understanding!
